Solitary Confinement.

Quite frankly this pandemic fucked A LOT of shit up.

It divided and conquered us in more ways than one.

And some of those lost connections, just aren't as obvious as others.

Yet the one thing I have observed with people being so isolated from one another, is that we have forgotten what matters.

You know what really kills people?

Solitude.

Loneliness.

People NEED people.

We inherently want to connect.

Subconsciously we desire it.

And as science has proven, we REQUIRE it.

Don't believe me?

Start TALKING to people.

Communicate with them and watch how they respond.

More times than not, you will be met with joy, excitement, and happiness.

For too long we lived without that, and we have all suffered.

Connection.

Bring it back.

Make pleasant conversation.

And YOU will be PLEASANTLY surprised.

Win win.

Xoxo,

C.
