Show Up.

Show up for the people you love.

Be. There.

Don't offer a word.

Offer a hand.

Offer a lift, not a let down.

Instead of advice, try action.

Be someone to somebody.

It's easy to walk away.

What's not easy is running next to someone who is hurting.

Struggling.

Questioning.

It's easy to give out waters.

It's not easy to be in the frey.

Feel the hurt, the pain and the trauma.

Practice endurance.

Don't be afraid to truly show up.

The people that need it will never forget it.

Trust me.

Takes one to know one.

Xoxo,

C.
